Inspection should be a disciplined habit, not a reaction.
Rack-safety guidance and industry best practice recommend a three-level inspection hierarchy. This course equips company personnel to perform the regular Level 2 inspections that sit between operator reporting and independent expert inspection.
- Level 1: operator damage reporting, covered in Warehouse Operator/Forklift Driver Rack Safety Awareness Training.
- Level 2: regular weekly or monthly inspections by trained internal personnel — the focus of this course.
- Level 3: annual or semi-annual inspection by a trained third-party expert inspector. This is covered in Certified External Rack Inspector Training.

Greeba Rampaul-Essue is a warehouse safety professional and entrepreneur with more than 30 years of experience in material handling, storage systems, racking safety, inspections and training. In 1996, she established Industrial Engineering Solutions Ltd—the Caribbean’s first woman-owned and operated material-handling company.
After expanding racking inspection and safety-training services across the Caribbean and United States, Greeba founded WareSafe Ltd in 2019 to help organisations improve warehouse safety through education, guidance and practical solutions.
She advocates for the proper design, installation, inspection, maintenance and use of racking systems, believing that knowledge leads to safer choices. Are there prerequisites?
No formal qualification is currently required. Participants should be appointed to a rack-safety role and should be familiar with their organisation’s storage operations.
Is PPE required?
PPE is not required for in-person participants.
How is payment handled?
The fee is $2,500 TTD per participant, VAT exclusive, or $425 USD per participant. Registration is confirmed after payment by bank transfer or payment link. Payment is due upon registration. Can a registration be transferred?
Participant substitutions may be accepted without charge when Industrial Engineering Solutions Ltd is notified at least two business days before the course.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations received at least seven calendar days before the event may be transferred to a future course less any approved processing charge. Later cancellations may be eligible for substitution or credit rather than refund.
